Aqua-mist have been awarded a high value contract to design, supply, install and commission an LP2000 low pressure water mist fire suppression system within all areas of a new state of the art secondary high school.
The project is located in Wigan is part of the new government initative 'Building Schools for the Future' or BSF. The school is comprised of large open plan classrooms, sports hall's, libraries and a particular emphasis has been placed on the science facilities.

The school is well into its construction phase and AMFP engineers have been working at the site for a number of months. The Pre-packaged plant equipment has been fabricated and installed in position well ahead of programme. This unique off site manufacturing capability of Aqua-Mist and its LP2000 water mist system was seen as a major commercial benefit by the construction team as well as saving substantial periods from the overall construction programme.
Abraham Guest is a pathfinder school in Wigan with a £22 million budget to help build a school for the future. It has also been selected as one of only six UK schools to develop an 'innovation in science education' through Project Faraday. The school wants to revolutionise science education through the design of its learning spaces, as well as promoting sustainable living"

Location: Northampton
Aqua-mist have been awarded the contract to install an LP2000 water
mist system to two new microwave lines at the TMI Foods factory in
Northampton. The area of installation are the high risk automated
cooking lines. The system has been designed to operate on a manual
activation at a number of call points installed around the microwave
cooking lines.
This project yet agains demonstrates Aqua-Mist market presence in the food production industry, with yet more high profile projects in this market place to come in the very near future.

Location: Bedfordshire
Aqua-mist recently installed an LP2000 water mist system at Stopsley Fire Station, Bedfordshire. Aqua-mist work together with many fire and safety organisations, who help to promote the LP2000 water mist system as a proven highly effective fire protection product. Fire services local to the Company Head Quarters often provide facilities for Aqua-mist to demonstrate their product to customers by creating live fire supression at their request. This is the best way to showcase the product and prove how remarkably fast a fire can be extinguished using the right tools. This installation further demonstrates the strategic partnership between Aqua-Mist Fire Protection and the Fire & Rescue Services. This project was completed in 2008.

Location: Sheffield
Aqua-mist have been awarded the contract to install an LP2000 water mist system to the bedrooms and corridor within the 5th floor of the new Jury's Inn Hotel in Sheffield, due to be fully built by January 2009. The Jury's Inn when completed will be a 259-room property, becoming the largest hotel in the city. The inclusion of the LP2000 system within the fifth floor only was paramonut due to the design of the building only allowing for a single stair core from the fifth floor upwards, yet another example of the Aqua-Mist LP2000 water mist system helping add value and sustainability to the construction indusrty.

Location: Oxford
Aqua-mist have been awarded the contract to install an LP2000 water mist system into the main Auditorium at Corpus Christi College, Oxford. This particular project requires precision planning for the location of pipes and water-mist heads due to extensive lighting and structural constraints within the building. Our experienced design team will create project specific drawings for the job and then make any amendments during the process of the installation where necessary. The skills and experience of the Aqua-mist team will ensure the job runs smoothly and effectively, keeping to a tight timescale. This project is due for completion in 2009.

Location: Stoke
Aqua-mist have successfully won the contract to install an LP2000 water mist system into the Man O'Clay Care facility, which is due to be built in Stoke in 2009. The site used to be a pub which attrected a lot of trouble for the area and the council decided that with the area having an elderly population of 25 percent, to build a care home would be a good idea all round. The design work for the water mist system is now complete and ready to be installed in 2009.

Location: London
Aqua-mist have been selected once more to install their LP2000 water mist system into the new Wimbledon Care Home in London, containing over 80 bedrooms and a large number of other communal areas. This is one of the newest care homes to be built in London, but certainly not the first to have installed the LP2000 system. infact it is worth noting that the Aqua-mist LP2000 water mist system is the single most installed fire suppression within the carehome sector, a number of which are for our esteemd clients 'Hallmark Healthcare'.
Over recent months care homes have become key to the reputable success of the Aqua-mist product, bringing many large projects to add to our reference list. This particular care home is one of the largest to date in which the system has been installed. The project is due for completion in 2009.

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Aqua-mist have been recently awarded a contract to install an LP2000 water mist system into the newly built 20 bedroom 6th form dormitory block and within the extension of study bedrooms at Tudor Hall Schoo in Oxon, Banbury. Tudor hall is an independent boarding and day school for girls aged 11-16 years and since opening is ranked in the top 25 girls' boarding schools throughout the country. The development and maintenance of any such project has to be of the highest standard possible, there is absolutely no margin for error. Aqua-mist are proud to be able to offer an outstanding service and be awarded such prestigious projects. This was completed in 2008.

Location: Seaforth
Aqua-mist have been awarded a high value contract deisgn, supply, install and commission an LP2000 water mist system within all areas of a new state of the art primary school currently being built in Seaforth, Liverpool. This is the third school to install our system in the Sefton Council profile to date. The building contains state of the art rooms with unconventional layouts and staggered floor levels but the adaptability of the LP2000 system the design freedom for the client to produce a clearly modern day institue of learning. The works have commenced on site and are due to be concluded during July 2009.

Location: Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire
Following the sucsseful installation of the LP2000 water mist system to the Wickham road site, Aqua-mist have been selected again to install their LP2000 water mist system to a second site of Young's Sea Food. In this instance the system will be fitted into existing Building, which consists of structures surrounding fryers at the Grimsby food process plant. Young's Sea Food are becoming a regular customer of Aqua-mist and there is a strong working partnership between both companies due to the undeniable success of the LP2000 system and the repeated provision of a high quality, efficient service. In addition to the usual services provided, Aqua-mist will also train Young's Technicians in the workings of the system, at their request. This project is due for completion in January 2009.
